Has your life been shattered by the suicide of someone close to you? Are you lost in a swirling storm of questions, all with no meaningful answers? Why did this happen? How could I have prevented it? How can I possibly carry this pain, guilt and confusion with me for the rest of my life? Where do I even begin? You may even believe that your fate is sealed and there is no hope...but I promise you there is.
Steph & Evan - July 2007
I know what it’s like to walk through the nightmare of suicide loss. I thought I would literally never survive the suicide of my son Evan. Plagued by heavy drinking, depression, health problems, and a divorce, I eventually found a way to manage my grief and rebuild my life. When my ex-husband took his own life only four years later, I was desperate to understand my own journey so I could share those insights with my three living children and others who were looking to me for guidance. Drawing on these experiences and my training as a certified holistic life coach, I want to share what I've learned with you, too. There is hope for peace and clarity and you can find your way. You are not alone.
